The MS Society Survey

We need your help. Please can you spare 20 minutes to complete our survey? The MS Society, in collaboration with Dr Mel Hopper of Hampshire MS Support is working to determine the state of local Health Services in Hampshire. Our aim is to ensure that people affected by MS have access to the right support at the right time in the area in which they live.

We aim to gather information in order to identify the variation in availability of MS Health Services. This survey will help us to understand your experience focusing particularly on your access to an MS nurse. This information will help us to make a case to decision makers to fund services which some people currently don’t have access to locally and to improve those that are available. Your help would be invaluable to us because it is only people with MS who can provide this information.

The survey is only for people who have been diagnosed with MS or Clinically Isolated Syndrome (CIS). It is available online at this link from 7th January 2019. https://tinyurl.com/mslocalservice   This is the quickest way of providing the information needed.

If you don’t have access to a computer, your MS nurse or your local MS Group will have a supply of paper copies. Alternatively, please contact us using the contact details below. Please return these using the pre-paid envelope provided by Thursday 28th February 2019.

Please only complete the survey once.

If you need some assistance in completing the survey you can ask the local MS Society Group, a friend or a relative to help you. If you require the survey in larger print please let us know. Our contact details are
