Digital skills polarising charities

Last week, Lloyds bank released its fourth Business Digital Index, an annual analysis of where SMEs and charities are with digital use. Whilst the report identified some significant areas of progress, one key issue highlighted is that the charity sector is becoming polarised, with those lacking in digital skills getting left behind.
