ACCESS WORKERS WANTED!

Are you flexible, hard-working and passionate about accessible theatre? We want to hear from you!

Graeae Theatre Company’s flagship new writing programme, Write To Play is coming to the South West in 2019. We will be working with 5 D/deaf and/or disabled writers in the South West, and we are looking to widen our pool of access support workers across the region. We are particularly interested to hear from people with a base near to our partner theatres – Theatre Royal Plymouth, Exeter Northcott, Theatre Royal Bath, Bristol Old Vic, Wiltshire Creative and Nuffield Theatres Southampton.

We will be holding a training session for anyone interested in joining Graeae’s books as access support workers on Tuesday the 18th of December at Salisbury Arts Centre from 12pm-4pm. The space will be wheelchair accessible and we can cover your travel expenses for the training session.

To book your place, send over your CV and short covering letter to Lizzy Leggat, Graeae’s Access Manager, on lizzy@graeae.org. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your own access requirements, you can also contact Lizzy on 020 7613 6900.
