Cognitive Behavioural Approaches Training

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help anyone working in any sector including but not limited to substance misuse, mental health, housing, sexual health, education, employment, offending, domestic abuse and so much more! This training is taking place on Tuesday 23 January 2018 at Wessex house, Eastleigh, SO50 9FD with parking nearby or a two minute walk from Eastleigh train station.

The CBT lead from drug and alcohol services in Devon said:
‘This was amazing better than anything I ever did at uni for 3 years CBT degree! Thank you.’
