Wheatsheaf Trust, working in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, is a registered charity supporting disengaged young people and disadvantaged unemployed adults to find and sustain a job. We offer practical support directly to those who need it and work to help people expand their horizons and unlock their future.
During an exciting period of growth and new business we are interested to hear from anyone within our industry or those with the right skills and attitude to join our experienced team delivering a range of projects including the Bridge2Work* Programme transforming the lives of people in our region.
You will be outcome driven with a customer focussed approach. Responsible for supporting unemployed customers and engaging employers to secure sustainable jobs, working to contractual targets and ensuring process compliance throughout.
You will have:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving results in a target driven environment
- The confidence and understanding to provide advice and guidance to a wide range of people in group and 1-1 settings
- The ability to market customers to and close agreements with employers
Flexibility to travel and provide peripatetic support across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight is essential
Salary: £23,711 – £26,831 (subject to skills and experience) Interview Dates: 27th & 30th July 2018
