Managers of volunteers have challenging roles; often carried out with few resources and their jobs stretching over a much wider role. They are often the person responsible for the organisation’s success in recruiting and retaining the volunteers.
As a Volunteer Coordinator, Manager, Leader or a similar role there are some common functions that you will be expected to deliver.
We can provide the following support:
- Networking and Information – the Volunteer Coordinators’ Group
- Guidance – Best Practice for Volunteering
- Training – Volunteer Management Training Programme
